YES YOU HEARD RIGHT, 4 INGREDIENTS! Clean, healthy and I promise are the easiest cookie to whip up for a chocolate lovers fix! For my busy mums out there, not only are these simply and quick to make but these are ones that the kids will enjoy too! (And will really have NO idea how healthy the 'cookie' is!)......TRICKSTERS.
1 cup medjool dates (remove seeds)
1 level tablespoon of cacao
1 cup macadamias (or hulled tahini for nut free)
1 scoop of Isowhey Madagascan vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp of baking powder (for puffier cookies)
1/2 cup of 80% dark choc chips
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees (C) or 350 Degrees (F). Blend all ingredients until it forms a sticky dough. Roll dough into small balls, pop them onto the oven tray and flatten slightly. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before DEVOURING.
